1. About the App
The Pharma International Institute App (“App”) is an educational platform owned and operated by Pharma International Institute. The App provides coaching, training, study materials, live classes, recorded sessions, mock tests, counseling, and educational support services for pharmacy graduates preparing for various national and international licensing and qualifying examinations, including but not limited to OPRA, PEBC, PSI, FPGEE, GCC Prometric Exams, DHA, HAAD, MOH, NCLEX-RN, and other healthcare-related examinations.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
* Users must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
* Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
* The App is intended for pharmacy graduates, pharmacy students, healthcare professionals, and individuals seeking educational guidance related to pharmacy and healthcare careers.
3. Enrollment & Fees
* Access to courses, live classes, recorded sessions, mock tests, and premium educational content may require payment of applicable course fees.
* All fees are displayed at the time of enrollment and are subject to change without prior notice for future enrollments.
* Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
* Pharma International Institute reserves the right to modify course fees, schedules, and offerings.
4. Refund Policy
* Course fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific course agreement.
* Refund requests, if applicable, will be evaluated according to the Institute’s refund policy in force at the time of enrollment.
* Administrative, payment gateway, or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
* Provide accurate personal and educational information.
* Use the App solely for lawful educational purposes.
* Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials.
* Attend classes and participate respectfully in discussions and communications.
* Refrain from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or selling course materials without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
* All study materials, videos, presentations, notes, mock tests, logos, trademarks, and content available through the App are the intellectual property of Pharma International Institute.
* Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
* Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
7. Online Classes & Educational Services
* Live class schedules may be revised due to academic, technical, or operational requirements.
* Recorded sessions may be provided at the discretion of Pharma International Institute.
* The Institute does not guarantee examination success, licensing approval, employment opportunities, visas, or immigration outcomes.
* Academic performance depends on the individual effort, preparation, and eligibility of each student.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
* Pharma International Institute respects the privacy of its users.
* Personal information collected through the App will be used solely for educational, administrative, communication, and support purposes.
* User data will not be sold to third parties without consent except where required by law.
* By using the App, users consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy.
9. Communication Consent
By registering on the App, users consent to receive:

11. Limitation of Liability
* Pharma International Institute acts solely as an educational and training provider.
* The Institute is not responsible for examination outcomes, licensing decisions, visa approvals, employment offers, immigration decisions, or professional registration outcomes.
* The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or educational services.
12. Suspension or Termination
Pharma International Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App without prior notice if a user:
* Violates these Terms & Conditions.
* Engages in misconduct or fraudulent activities.
* Misuses educational content or App resources.
No refund shall be provided in cases involving policy violations.
13. Changes to Terms
Pharma International Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of the App or services provided by Pharma International Institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala, India.
15. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and data from my account section on the app login.
